  • QQI Level 6 in a Relevant Qualification, with a minimum 2 years’ experience working with children and young people in a social care setting

  • Minimum level 7 in Social Care or a relevant discipline such as: Social Work, Psychology (level 8), Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Social Sciences, Youth and Community, Teaching, Nursing, Counselling, Disability Studies, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Early Years Care.
  • 2 years’ experience of working in a social care environment with children
  • Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding
  • Experience of multi-disciplinary working with a range of professionals in the industry
  • Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines
  • Full driving licence
  • Flexible approach to meet business needs
