Our Ashdale Care Family are in need of a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to support the expanding care we provide for young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the organisation.

As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for;

  • Supporting the HR Business Partner with recruitment and generalist HR.
  • Assist with offer letters, contracts and general communication.
  • Maintaining HR records and databases.
  • Organisation and support of on boarding process
  • Assisting with Employee Relations

Essential Criteria;

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Experience in HR, specifically safer recruitment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to manage your time effectively

Desirable Criteria

  • Familiar with NI and ROI Employment Law
