To start, upload your CV to the job posting, this will bring you to our Talent Management System: See me Hired.
This friendly 15-20 minute conversation helps us understand your experience, skills, and motivation for working in care.
If your application is successful, we will contact you within 48 hours via phone and email. You will then have 5 days to accept the offer, after which we will send your onboarding documents for completion. You will be invited to attend a 3 week paid Training programme This stage is also your opportunity to ask any final questions and ensure that Ashdale Care feels like the right fit for you.
Your onboarding pack will include all essential employment documents completion.
