Below is our step-by-step guide to the application process. We are looking for individuals who share our values and understand that even the smallest detail can make a significant difference to a vulnerable young person. We seek team members who are persistent, compassionate, and believe that our young people deserve nothing less than our absolute best.

Upload CV
Upload your CV to your selected job and answer additional screening questions.

Complete Garda Vetting
If your CV passes the initial screening, you will be contacted by phone to discuss your qualifications. At this stage, you will receive your application form, Garda vetting form for completion and a link for an online interview.

Offer Letter
If successful at the online interview, you will receive an offer letter you have 5 days to accept. Once accepted you will receive an onboarding pack, you have 2 days for completion.

Sign Contract
Once all Onboarding Documents are fully completed you will receive your Contract via DocuSign.

  • How do I start the application process?

    To start, upload your CV to the job posting, this will bring you to our Talent Management System: See me Hired.

  • What should I expect during the screening phone call?

    This friendly 15-20 minute conversation helps us understand your experience, skills, and motivation for working in care.

  • What happens after the Video interview?

    If your application is successful, we will contact you within 48 hours via phone and email. You will then have 5 days to accept the offer, after which we will send your onboarding documents for completion. You will be invited to attend a 3 week paid Training programme This stage is also your opportunity to ask any final questions and ensure that Ashdale Care feels like the right fit for you.

  • What is included in the onboarding pack?

    Your onboarding pack will include all essential employment documents completion.

  • What if I miss the deadline to accept the offer or complete the onboarding pack?

    Contact our Recruitment team at recruitment.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.
